March 13, 2018: Today Was A Good Day

posted in: Bears | 2

Woke up this morning got to thank God, I don’t know but today seems kind of odd, Bears signed a guy, then another guy, then Pace signed a couple more guys.  It’s been a good offseason so far for our Bears, and it just got a lot better.

Allen Robinson answers that question who will the Bears number one receiver be.  He is coming off an injury, but I’m not going to ruin this day.  Let’s just say he will be 100%, ok?  It’s a big time pickup in the biggest area of need. Then we continued down that path of beefing up the offense.

A tight end, a kicker, and another wide receiver followed.  Should we start to plan the parade now?

I was already hyped up for next year, and now…forget about it.  And, and…there’s still more cap space, and high draft picks to go.  So you’re saying this offseason will get even better?!?!

Who’s next?  Any more free agent signings?  Who we drafting?  If that ND guy is there, I’m guessing him.  If not, then we have to go pass rusher or big time corner.  We’re already looking ok at corner.  With the little known transition tag used, I don’t think the Bears will let Fuller walk.  And then Prince resigned tonight.  How good can the Bears be one year removed from a 4th straight last place finish?

If you see a person collapse, and they are to be learnt effectively. generico viagra on line learningworksca.org They’ll have to be a lot better.  The other teams in the division aren’t going anywhere.  Cousins signed today with the Vikes coming off an NFC championship game appearance.  Rodgers is still QB for a certain team with a shitty uniform up north.  By the way, they signed Jimmy Graham, who’s washed up, and let go of Jordy Nelson who’ll go on to have an all-pro year with the Pats next year.  Suckers.  And then there’s Stafford and the Lions…wait, we finished behind them for 4 straight years?!?

Point is, our division is no slouch, and that’s not even talking about the rest of the conference.  How about the NFC West and their never ending string of good CBs, and a couple other young QBs?  Ok, I said today was a good day… Screw everybody else!

Today is about the Bears making moves and making us proud.  You don’t win any Super Bowls in March, because they’re played in February, but you can certainly dream.  Pace has got us dreaming of big things after a day like this, which follows up an already impressive offseason.  Are the Bears finally back?

Only time will tell, but it feels like we’re on our way.  It feels like we’ll actually compete…we’ll actually field a talented team that is smartly coached and has a chance to win each and every Sunday.  When is the last time we could say that?

Today was like one of those nice dreams, didn’t even care about the other NFL teams.  Save that date in February boys…Da Bears are on their way!  Bear Down!

Like the allen robinson signing. The Bears needed a wr and got him. Is he a #1 guy? Hard to tell based on previous injuries, but if he can stay healthy, maybe he can get back to his 2015 self. If that happens, what a signing this will prove to be. Add a te and another wr and the Bears are putting weapons in place for MTru to use. They signed a kicker, too, who I hope can make it all year…would be nice to not have to worry about that position. The Bears tagged fuller (more to come) and resigned prince, too. The defensive backfield could be taking shape as well. As for the nfc north, it may be becoming the best division in football. It will not be an easy road for the Bears, but it will only make it sweeter! Not going to say the Bears are back yet, but they are definitely making moves to get back on track. The draft is next. Best player on the board, please, with a focus on oline, dline, and linebacker. Maybe another free agent add or two? Who knows, but I do know that the Pace bus has been busy, and I like it. BEAR DOWN!!!
