Dollar here, dollar there… took some hits on the Heat and Panthers in the final round for the NBA and NHL respectively; won some back in baseball. That’s not such bad news, considering it’s only baseball from here on out until football season begins. And no, I’m not betting on tennis, golf, or any other sport that I have no clue about, no matter how many boosts are offered to me. Like the Black Sox and Pete Rose, I’m sticking to gambling strictly on America’s Game from here on out; that’s baseball by the way. Nothing like throwing a few bucks on a team, watching them take the lead, and then watching the bullpen blow it… That’s why I like the 2-run early lead prop. Just like the NBA 10 point lead prop, as long as the team you select on the ML goes up by 2 runs at any point in the game, regardless if they win at the end of the game or not, you win; love it. I had success on the 10 point NBA version of this prop; I’ve enjoyed success in the MLB too. I also like the 50%, 25% boosts, as well as, the worry free Wednesday plays, although that’s kind of scam; did I talk about this already? I like to rant about stuff if you haven’t noticed, kind of like the fact that Arby’s doesn’t have potato cakes any more; can you F-ing believe that? That was like the best part about going there; put that whole pack of Arby’s sauce on each potato cake… it was delicious. Sure, they still have curly fries, which aren’t horrible, but where the F are the potato cakes? Whoever made that decision, honestly, should be fired, along with the guy who discontinued the Big Montana… But yeah, the worry free bet… if you lose, you get a bonus bet back, which at first seems cool, but… when you play the bonus bet, even if you win, you still may be down money… that’s how they get you. You can go 1-1 and still lose money, just like any other bet. Of course, you can lose your initial bet AND the bonus bet, and be down your original unit too, which is mostly the path that I take on those. I like to ramble on by the way too…
Anyways, switching gears, we’ll be taking some time away from Draft Kings, because the state I will be in doesn’t allow it… lucky for me, that state is Nevada, and that place, is Las Vegas, or Lost Wages as some call it. But not me… no sir… we’re heading to the poker table and I can’t wait. With the pages of Super System 2 fresh in my head, I’m ready to apply what I’ve learned, and bring back some cheddar. Viva Papa!!!
